He has recruited for health care companies of all sizes ranging from Fortune 100 to venture capital startups. As a result of this experience, he understands the recruiting challenges facing healthcare managers from their perspective and the criticality of getting it right the first time, every time.


Ed Katz, Executive Vice President/Partner at Top Performance Recruiting, has spent his entire career in healthcare, holding various management and senior leadership positions including SVP Sales and Marketing, SVP Healthcare BPO Services, Global Practice Head Healthcare Services, VP Strategic Partnerships and VP Operations. Ed has specific competency in Revenue Cycle Management, Health Information Management, Health Information Technology, Population Health Management, Customer Engagement, Claims Administration, Analytics, Pharmacy Administration and Business Process Outsourcing working with Provider, Payer, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.
